About

I work at the intersection of operations, communication, and systems: where clarity, accuracy, and follow-through actually matter. My background spans technical documentation, marketing operations, and front-office environments where information needs to move cleanly between people with very different roles.

This portfolio reflects work focused on making complex processes understandable and usable: proposal workflows, internal documentation, websites and intranets, branded materials, and operational systems that support real teams doing real work. The common thread across everything shown here is structure: bringing order to information so it can be trusted, reused, and scaled.

What I Do Well

Across roles and industries, I consistently contribute in a few core ways:

  • Operational clarity: owning document and process life cycles from intake through delivery, with an emphasis on consistency and reliability
  • Technical and professional communication: writing, editing, and quality-assuring client-facing and internal materials where accuracy is non-negotiable
  • Information design: building and maintaining websites, intranets, templates, and internal resources that reduce friction and cognitive load
  • Cross-functional coordination: acting as a connective layer between leadership, technical staff, and administrative or client-facing teams

How I Approach Work

I optimize for clarity over cleverness and systems over heroics. I’m careful with details because details compound – especially in regulated, technical, or client-facing contexts. I’m comfortable working independently, but I’m at my best when expectations, ownership, and documentation are explicit rather than implied.

I tend to take responsibility for the “boring but critical” work that keeps organizations functional: keeping information accurate, maintaining standards, and making sure processes don’t quietly degrade over time.

Background

I’ve worked in environments where precision and professionalism are required, including engineering and healthcare settings. In these roles, I’ve supported high-volume workflows, maintained public-facing and internal systems, and served as a quality checkpoint for documents that reflect directly on an organization’s credibility.

Earlier work in small-business operations strengthened my ability to see how scheduling, accounting, documentation, and communication interlock, and how small process improvements can meaningfully change day-to-day efficiency. Across roles, I’ve been trusted with sensitive information, client interactions, and systems other people rely on to do their jobs well.

Where This Work Fits Best

The work shown here is best suited for teams that value:

  • clear documentation and strong internal systems
  • consistency in client-facing materials and communications
  • someone who can bridge technical, administrative, and creative domains
  • environments where accuracy, follow-through, and maintainability matter more than buzzwords

Outside of Work

I’m drawn to projects and hobbies that involve building, refining, and maintaining systems (digital or physical) over time.
